UK students to illustrate new Nickelodeon UK TV series! Though most television programs are crafted by the hands of industry professionals to bring wholesome entertainment to the masses; things are a little different for the soon-to-debut Nickelodeon UK series Olive the Ostrich. As part of an educational initiative in coordination with The Princes Foundation for Children & the Arts and Nickelodeon UK, Blue-Zoo, a celebrated UK animation house, is allowing students the chance to create original artwork for the series, which is scheduled to appear in Nickelodeon’s Nick Jr. lineup sometime in 2011. “Through the initiative, under-funded schools across the UK will be provided with resources and content that help foster storytelling and art skills. The output from the schools will be used as props, backgrounds and characters in Olive’s imaginary world and will be animated into 2-D for each episode.” Kidscreen.

haha, considering I couldn’t get myself to finish the first in that series, I guess I’d be like a -2.

But the Incarceron news is exciting! I love Emma. 🙂

AAAAAH, EMMA WATSON. Love that girl.
And Taylor Lautner’s pretty cute too ;D

  4. The ending of the teaser of FOREVER left me breathless. Maggie has such a beautiful way with words. It’s something to aspire to.
What I’m really hoping for is that the entire novel stays in the present tense.
